Are you dreaming to ride the world's longest cable car ride? The DPR of the world's longest Cable Car has been completed, from the trekking haven to the world's of most visited pilgrimage destination- Muktinath.
The total distance of the cable car will be 84 km and has numerous stops. In total, there will be 19 stations. The beginning station will be either Birethanti or Nayapul. The other stations will be Tikhedhunga, Ghorepani, Sikha, Pakhare Bagar, Tatopani, Kavre, Ghasa. Similarly, further stations will be in Kalopani Lete, Kobang, Chokhopani, Tukuche, Marpha, and Jomsom. Before the final cable car station at Muktinath, there will be another stop at Kagbeni.
In 8 stations, passengers should get off and change the boxes, whereas, in three stations, passengers can get in and get off. This project is expected to finish in 5 years.
