    • Day 01

      Arrival at Kathmandu (1350 meters) and transfer to hotel.

    • Day 02

      Yoga and meditation session. Kathmandu sightseeing and trek preparation.

    • Day 03

      Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2800 meters), trek to Phakding (2640 meters). 35 min fly/ 3 hrs trek

    • Day 04

      Yoga and meditation session. Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3438m) 5 - 6 hrs

    • Day 05

      Yoga and meditation session. Acclimatization Day - Namche Bazaar: (3440m).

    • Day 06

      Yoga and meditation session. Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengbuche (3870 meters). 5-6 hrs

    • Day 07

      Yoga and meditation session. Trek back to Manju.

    • Day 08

      Yoga and Meditation Session. Trek back to Lukla.

    • Day 09

      Fly back to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
