Phaplu Salleri to Everest Base Camp Trekking is an alternative trek to the Jiri to Everest base camp trekking. The trek also avoids the worry of the flight to Lukla, rather you drive from Kathmandu to Salleri of Solu and begin the journey. Also, the flight is available to Phaplu and the journey goes through the ethnic communities of Magar and Sherpa. It is a journey that marks a world-class adventure along with Sherpa cultural exploration.

Trekking from Phaplu/Salleri to EBC is exciting to explore the lower altitude Sherpa valleys. The countryside greenery and less trafficked trails are incredible to see the picturesque surroundings. Walking through the undulating trail, leads you to the Khumbu region, connecting the trail from Lukla. The Khumbu region is extremely fabulous and entices you wonderfully. The majestic peaks of Mt. Everest (8848 meters), Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Makalu, and the surrounding white peaks can be explored during the trek to Everest base camp. Based on this itinerary, you explore the Everest base camp and Kalapatthar retrace all the way down to Lukla, and fly back to Kathmandu.
