Detail Itinerary

  • Day 01Drive Kathmandu to Sundarijal, hike to Chisapani. After breakfast, we drive to Sundarijal, the watershed area of the Shivapuri National Park. Following the gradual uphill trail, we begin to walk and officially enter into the national park. We reach to Mulkharka and we walk passing the Tamang villages and reach to Chisapani. Even the Himalayan views of Mt. Langtang Lirung, Annapurna, Ganesh Himal and Everest can be seen while walking. Overnight at lodge. (B,L,D,A)
  • Day 02Yoga and meditation session. Hike to Nagarkot.Good morning Chisapani. The morning begins with the yoga and meditation session. After the breakfast, we begin our hike through the peaceful and enticing trails to Nagarkot. It is about 5-6 hours gradual walk, enjoying the surrounding panoramas along with the Himalayas. In the evening, we get the sunset view over the snowy peaks. Overnight at hotel/resort. (B,L,D,A)
  • Day 03Yoga and Meditation session. Hike to Changu Narayan and drive back to Kathmandu.Good morning Nagarkot. We get up early in the morning to get the spectacular Himalayan views of Mt. Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Gaurishanker and the white peaks at the surroundings. Then we begin the yoga and meditation session. After the breakfast, we hike to Telkot and explore the UNESCO site of Changu Narayan Temple. The drive to Kathmandu takes from here. Overnight at hotel. (B,L,A)
