Mardi Himal Trek is a moderate foothill excursion in Annapurna. If you follow some of the easy procedures, you will not be affected by the mountain sickness due to the high altitude. They are like: drinking enough water every day, drinking tea/coffee, having meals with soup, avoiding smoking and alcoholic drinks and do not move forward having some symptoms.

Beside this, you need to carry some medicines that help you to control the altitude sickness.

How to Book the Mardi Himal Trek? How to pay?

There are several trusty trekking agencies run by local entrepreneurs using local manpower and we recommend you to book the trek with such companies. Nepal Kameleon Holidays is one of the local trekking agencies in Nepal and has gained the trust of the trekkers.

Regarding the payment, about 30% of the total trip cost should be transferred into the bank account of the company in advance for the trip confirmation. Rest of the payment should be paid once you arrive at the hotel in Kathmandu.
