Are you excited to explore the world's highest located Lake? Then take a trek/hike with Nepal Kameleon Holidays that will take you to the 5002 meters altitude, where the Kajin Sara Lake is located. To be officially proven later, the Lake is beautifully located at the base of the Lamjung Himal, which was climbed by the Japanese expedition team, some decades ago.
Trek to the Kajin Sara Lake is a 3 days trip from Chame, the district center of Manang. To reach there, the first day you drive to Besisahar and the second day, drive to Chame by jeep. As the Lake is located above 5000 meters, you may get an altitude sickness, so its better to know your acclimatization status before reaching to the Lake point.
Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar.
Day 02: Drive to Chame by jeep, rest and acclimatization.
Day 03-04-05: Hike to Kajin Sara Lake, explore around Singar Kharka grazing meadow and hike down to Chame.
Day 06: Drive back to Besisahar.
Day 07: Drive back to Kathmandu
