Trekking through the Gosaikunda Helambu route begins from Dhunche. Exploring the Tibetan Buddhist villages, the trek leads you to the magnificent Gosaikunda Lake, which is a real epitome of peace and tranquility. This Holy Lake is surrounded by some of other Lakes, at the heart of the Himalayas. It is believed that the Lake was created by Lord Shiva, who is the most powerful God in Hinduism. Walking around the Lakes and exploring the exclusive Himalayan beauties take your breath away. The picturesque scenery of the Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal, Gosaikunda peak, Annapurna and Manaslu peaks along with the surroundings are just breathtaking. The descending route from the pass is almost all the way steep climb down. Once the trek directs you to the Helambu valley, the fantastic Hylmo culture allures you. It is a different culture than the Sherpa people of the Khumbu region. The wonderful walk through the forest with the melodious sounds of the birds are just amazing.

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu. (1350m)
Day 02: Kathmandu -Dhunche 1,965m. Approx 6-7 hours drive.
Day 03: Trek to Thulo Syabru 2,720m. 5-6 hours walk.
Day 04: Trek to Singh Gompa / Chandanbari 3,250m - 4-5 hours.
Day 05: Trek to Gosainkund 4,380m. 6 hours walk.
Day 06: Trek from Gosaikund to Ghopte (3430m.) which takes about seven hours.
Day 07: Trek from Gopte to Kutumsang (2446m) - 7 Hours
Day 08: Trek to Chisopani (2194m) - 3-4 hrs
Day 09: Trek to Sundarijal (1463m), and drive back to Kathmandu – approx 3 hrs
